First 2 weeks

Now I have a target on my back, huh?! The main thing I am doing is expending more calories than I am taking in. I started going to the gym again and I try not to eat too late at night. I love the Weight Watchers points program, too! I'd love to hear tips from other people as well. Congrats to everyone on making it through the first two weeks!

Makes total sense and good for you for making it to the gym! Congrats again on such a great success. Do you have an overall % goal that you wanted to achieve during the 8 weeks?
