Cheating

Has anyone else fallen off the wagon once or twice? I had Burger King today. Should I not be admitting this here? It didn't taste the same as I remembered, though. That's a good thing, I guess. Here's to a healthier week!

Yes, the wagon has knocked me around also. Probably not a bad thing to splurge a little, I am still learning to "cheat" in moderation. However, once it hits your lips, it's so good!

BSB, you have a good percentage so far, a little cheating shouldn't harm you to much.

Hi - I guess it's good to know I'm not the only one. I got a little too comfortable with my second place showing and celebrated with a batch of homemade chocolate pudding. I hope I make it through Thanksgiving.

I think it's all about how you handle cheats, if you don't let it kill your esteem and diet it's healthy to be able to enjoy good food in moderation and remember what the goal is eventually...to be able to indulge and stay healthy.I cheat one day a week, and like the burger king example I have been cheating less and less each week because the desire is not there as heavy as it was at first :)
